Shipping Conditions
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and abroad (countries and territories listed below).
The current processing time for normal orders is Priority same day. Same day when ordering before 6 p.m. or next day when ordering after 6 p.m.
An approximate delivery time can be calculated by processing time + transport time.
LevlUp Priority Shipping
(including statutory VAT)
For all orders, our LevlUp Priority parcel shipping can be booked as an option.
This means that the order is shipped prioritised before all standard deliveries in our logistics centre. For this service we charge 3,00 € plus the above mentioned shipping costs. (may vary for special offers, final amount in the checkout process).
Delivery Times
If no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods will take place within the delivery period stated above, after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your receipt of payment). Delivery to other countries may take an additional 2-14 working days after conclusion of the contract and payment (see table above). If a different delivery time is stated on a product page, this will apply to the product.
Please note that no delivery or onward carriage will take place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
